Summary0005248: read-only calendars do not get synced as read-only
Description

Using the latest connector (sogo-connector-78.0.0-1a3d42170d), read-only calendars get synced, but without the icon for RO (a little lock). It is therefore necessary to manually edit them and set them to RO in Thunderbird, which is cumbersome and not user-friendly.

Steps To Reproduce

1) create RO calendar in SOGo web interface
2) sync
3) calendar does not present itself as RO in Thunderbird, looks like a regular RW calendar

Tested on Windows 10 and Debian 10.7.
