Summary0001740: cal: Renaming a calendar in SOGo doesn't sync to OL
Description

If a calendar is renamed from SOGo, the name stays the same in OL.

The data is still correctly updated when modified from OL however (event creation + deletion).

This is hard to track because we don't have the concept of "last modification date" for folders.

We could support this I guess by extending sogo_folder_info using a c_lastmodified column. We could then know when the folder name has changed.

Perhaps we should do this right away for v2.0?

We could also have a c_deleted column, which is flipped to 1 when the actual tables were deleted in the database.
