Summary0001739: cal: Deleting a calendar from SOGo doesn't sync to OL
Description

To reproduce:

  • Create a new calendar in SOGo
  • Create a _newprofile for outlook
  • Launch OL with the new profile
  • After the initial sync, the new calendar should be visible.
  • In SOGo delete the new calendar
  • It still shows up in OL after "update this folder", restarts, magic voodoo dances, etc...

At this point, the deleted calendar even shows up in _newprofiles.

It's still shown in new profiles because the entry is still left in the openchange.ldb file.

Much like I mentioned in 0001740, we could also have a c_deleted (0/1) column in sogo_folder_info to track this.
