Description

Spell checking was enabled for version 1.3.0 (see ticket "0000666: Enable spell-checking option in CKEditor") but the feature disappeared somewhere between 1.3.0 and 1.3.2.

Fixed in revision 48315db3a4e6bc9edd9f075ada5c9264cac4297e

Also updated CKEditor to version 3.4.1.
