Summary0000774: Multiple IMAP accounts - no proper display for the quota bar
Description

If I have one addition IMAP account which has a QUOTA, it's displayed in the "quota bar".

This can be confusing since it's displayed on top of my main mail account which has no quota.

Also, what happens if the two accounts were to have a QUOTA? This should be visually improved.
