Dear Sébastien, great that now a roadmap is available for SoGo and 0006013 is solved. I checked the roeadmap for upcoming 5.12 and was wondering about this ticket 0006023. Our opinion: In a business environment there are (European) rules that mails have to be kept for 6 years at minimum and 10 years if related to financial matters (see https://commission.europa.eu/law/law-topic/data-protection/reform/rules-business-and-organisations/principles-gdpr/how-long-can-data-be-kept-and-it-necessary-update-it_en for more information). Thank you an best regards. The Bahnkonzept team from Dresden/Germany |
