I'm using SoGo 5.10.0 at https://mail.defencegateway.mod.uk/SOGo/so/, which doesn't appear to support any way of hiding messages in an archive "folder" until a response arrives, like GMail, Outlook and Proton Mail do.
According to https://github.com/mailcow/mailcow-dockerized/issues/5208#issue-1680827173, desire for this exists.
