Summary | 0000059: Email notifications should use recipient's language
Description | Currently, email notifications are build using the login user's language. Example: Bernard's language is Italian. If Bernard changes an appointment in Lisa's calendar to which Alice is invited, Alice will receive an email in Italian.
Additional Information | Obviously this should apply only to system users, ie "local" users. External participants should receive an email in the login user language or the event organizer language.
