Summary0000059: Email notifications should use recipient's language
Description

Currently, email notifications are build using the login user's language. Example:

Bernard's language is Italian.
Lisa's language is Dutch.
Alice's language is German.

If Bernard changes an appointment in Lisa's calendar to which Alice is invited, Alice will receive an email in Italian.

Additional Information

Obviously this should apply only to system users, ie "local" users. External participants should receive an email in the login user language or the event organizer language.

It would be really nice if this issue can be taken into consideration. I use SOGo on a multilingual community, so this is a bit of an issue for us.
