We have an idea to improve the system and would like to submit a proposal to make the
management of labels (keywords) more efficient. Currently, labels are only
for the individual user. However, it would be practical if these labels could be managed centrally or
shared so that they can be used and displayed by all users. and displayed by all users. This could be
especially useful for administrators with certain administrators with certain permissions to set labels
uniformly for all users.

Advantages of the suggestion:

Central management: Labels can be managed and maintained centrally.
Uniform use: All users could access and use the same labels. Efficient
organisation: The management of labels becomes easier and more efficient for users and
administrators.
