Summary0000583: free/busy information in Lightning stopped to work
Description

I used last mtn-21-04 and using of f/b information in Lightning stopped to work.
When I'm invite some people, I see only pink background in their time plan (and it is the same for myself).
When I returned back to mtn-20-04, it works without problem.
I'm using Lightning+Connector+Integrator , all 0.9.9 version, same behavior on machines of other users.

This problem occurs by access via Lightning (or /dav/) only, f/b works fine in mtn-21-04 in WebGUI.
