Description

Seems from 5.3.0 TOTP disappeared from the settings menu. I know that you introduced a new salt and disabled TOTP from the users but they can't reenable it again.

Possible to check?

In SOGo 5.3.0 released this option is still available.
I even had some users enabling it without scanning the new QR code :-)

No I just checked with latest Firefox and latest Edge browser.
Also we received some issues regarding this topic in our forums and GitHub, https://community.mailcow.email/d/1207-no-2fa-option-in-sogo-530-anymore, https://github.com/mailcow/mailcow-dockerized/issues/4357

Or do we need to install the package with different arguments? Currently we only do an apt install against your repo. We changed from Debian buster to bullseye for 5.3.0 but that shouldnt be the issue I believe
