Summary0005375: Printing more than one page, gives empty pages
Description

Seems bug 0003731 is back.
When printing something which is more than one page long, then only the first page has content, all subsequent pages are empty.

Steps To Reproduce

1) open email which is log enough to fill more than one A4 page.
2) press three dots --> "print..."
3) choose "A4"
4) print
=> you get the first page printed, but the second and bejond are empty.
It will print the necessary pages with page numbers.

Additional Information

I also tested this on the demo page.
