Summary0005246: duplicate address books with connector 78.0
Description

When using the latest connector (78.0.0-1a3d42170d) after the initial sync there are two address books called "Personal Address Book", the first is the default Thunderbird one, the second is the one from SOGo. In previous versions this was not the case; there was only one Address Book, but this situation can lead to very confusing constellations, especially since changes in the Thunderbird Address Book won't get synced.

Steps To Reproduce

Build newest connector from Github, install in Thunderbird, check Address Books.

Additional Information

Tested on Windows 10 and Debian 10.7 (latest Thunderbird releases on every OS)
