Summary0005227: Mail compose window not sizing 100% vertical
Description

One of our client reported this issue. As I can't find any reports yet, here it is.

When composing an email in the webmail, the user can click the button in the top left to make the popup window larger.

Expected behavior:
Size the window 100% both vertical and horizontal

Actual behavior:
In Edge, Firefox and Chromium the window only expands horizontally, not vertically. In Safari, it fills the entire screen.

Steps To Reproduce

Use Firefox, Edge or Chromium (Chrome) to reproduce. Click the compose button in the bottom right of the mail list panel and in the pop up window, click the expand button in the top left corner.

Additional Information

I've forked the repository and added some css rules to UI/WebserverResources/scss/components/dialog.scss, which fix the issue. Will submit a pull request after submitting this issue.
