Summary0005129: Split smtp debug from parameter ImapDebugEnabled and add parameter SMTPDebugEnabled for that
Description

Dear developers,

Currently we have to set ImapDebugEnabled = YES; to enable debug for SMTP service, it's better control it with a new parameter, for example, SMTPDebugEnabled = YES.
