While I like the idea of the new email pop up notification, the placement of that notification is questionable. It shows up on the top right hand corner of the webpage in the SoGo webmail client. It also shows it for every single new/unread email and clearing it pops up the next new/unread.

The problem is that this notification BLOCKS the icon to be able to navigate to the Calendar and Address Book. So, if I have 100 new emails, I have to click away 100 notifications before I can actually access the Calendar through the webmail client. Making it a rather annoying feature.

Would suggest that this pop up notification be:

• optionally enabled / disabled; and
• pop up perhaps on the bottom right hand corner of the screen instead where it does not block access to critical navigation icons
