Upgrade SOPE. |
Maybe I misunderstand this, but I thought, that SoGO is compatible with Ubuntu 18.04, which I am using as well. It is up-to-date and I guess all requirements are installed to continue to run SoGO. Searching for SOPE gives my this result: aptitude search SOPE | grep "^i"i A libsope-appserver4.9 - SOPE application server libraries There is no newer version of SOPE as far as I can see. How could I update SOPE on an Ubuntu 18.04? |

As far as I understand the sope packages are part of your PPA and are dependencies when installing SOGo. Our apt is using "deb https://packages.inverse.ca/SOGo/nightly/4/ubuntu/ bionic bionic" and I did all upgrade (apt dist-upgrade) already. It is still not working. I updated last time on the 5th of May and it affected following packages: E.g. the libsope-core version is: |

Just a few more thing to this one. It is probably more like a major bug or blocker, because the calendar server is basically out of service. It is still possible to create entries for yourself, but as soon as you put other people on the event, it fails. So whenever you get invited or invite others, it doesn't work anymore. No collaboration is possible. also it is a bit strange, that the sope package names are not "complete". In /var/cache/apt/archive they show up as with "SHORTDATE": and one last thing: my last update of a sope package was not on the 5th, but on the 14th of May. It assume that one broke the calendar server then: Thu May 14 12:52:40 CEST 2020 |

Force-upgrade SOPE. |

Force-upgrade SOPE. |

There is no version to upgrade to. I can only downgrade like this:
For the linux system SHORTDATE is higher then 20200603. And downgrading packages like the core wants to remove sogo and other packages with it: |
I fixed it now with re-installing the whole thing and cleaning apt caches: apt remove sogo |
