Summary	0004962: Mail text is hidden when replying to an Email when Mail Composing as Popup and Plain Text is enabled
Description	When replying to an email and the above settings are enabled, the message text isn't shown in the mail window. When pressing Tab a few times, the message text appears.
Steps To Reproduce	Enable Composing as popup + Plain text mails as default. Reply to an email: see the no mail text.
