Description

Sometimes some of our users get a blank page. It seems to happen when they are not logged in or after they logged out. A user with a valid, logged-in session seems to not have this problem.
We found an angular error in the browser's Developers-Console (see attachment) and a grep of sogo.log for the user, who was in the log-out process and who got a blank page found this error message: "Feb 20 09:28:53 sogod [5107]: [ERROR] <0x8180b7fc8[SOGoAppointmentFolder]:ry46_personal> missing exception record for recurrence-id 2020-02-24 15:30:00 +0000 (uid 13E3-5E4BFF00-9B-53FB8680)".
The Database entry for an event at timestamp given by the error from sogo.log is attached as well.
This error message made me put this bug-report into the category of Web Calendar, if it is put there wrongly, please put it to the right place.

Steps To Reproduce

Log out after being logged-in and try to relogin, which produces a blank page

Hi,
Could you let me know what was the requested URL for the 404 shown en red ?
I just opened https://sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=4969 and this could be the same issue

Hey,

of course now when I try to make SOGo give me a blank page, this does not happen. But I heard from a user that when they deleted the URL except the base part, then it worked again. So it seems that this is the same Problem as you have.

Probably related to external Web calendars taking too much time to import. Try the next nightly build (>= 20211007).
