Summary0004924: SOGoUIAdditionalJSFiles in sogo.conf dissapears.
Description

In order to overwrite the default theme as per instructions in the developer guide one should add "SOGoUIAdditionalJSFiles = (js/theme.js);" to the sogo.conf file.
This however dissapears after saving anything or rebooting.
Running SOGo in combination with Zentyal in case that is necessary information.

Steps To Reproduce

Adding SOGoUIAdditionalJSFiles = (js/theme.js); to the config file and reboot.

sogod will never modify sogo.conf. The problem must come from an external script.
