in SO I mean windows by the client with windows and chrome browser, the server where SOGo is running is Ubuntu 18.04, it really is a three-node farm with a zevenet balancer

Use sticky sessions on your load-balancer or share the var directory SOGo uses over NFS. That is not a bug, it's a configuration issue.
