Description	On event edition, recurrence frequency is not showing the correct UTF-8 chars.
Additional Information	SOGo/SchedulerUI.SOGo/Resources/BrazilianPortuguese.lproj/Localizable.strings is correct: "repeat_NEVER" = "Sem repetição"; 'ç' and 'ã' chars are not correctly exhibit
