Description

Hello,
When I send an email from my phone with Nine client or the Windows 10 mail client, configured with Exchange ActiveSync method. Mails are refused from some domain because the email is not signed with DKIM.
I have no problem using classic SMTP way.

How can I get the best log for helping ?

Thank you

SOGo sends emails via SMTP.
Your SMTP server does DKIM signing!
This has nothing to do with SOGo.

Which SMTP server is used, is defined in your sogo.conf.
If SOGoMailingMechanism = smtp;
Then SOGoSMTPServer gives you the server used.

If SOGoMailingMechanism = sendmail;
Then you use a local installed program to send emails usually via local SMTP server (like sendmail, postfix or exim).
In this case check that local configuration.

The mechanism is set to smtp on localhost, so it use postfix. I don't understand why there is a difference, because it works well with webui

Ok, that is strange.
Could you compare headers of an email send via SOGo webinterface and via ActiveSync?

The only difference in is the Content-Type and Transfer Encoding :

Nine with ActiveSync

Content-Type: multipart/alternative; boundary=--_com.ninefolders.hd3.email_15409902954225_alt

----_com.ninefolders.hd3.email_15409902954225_alt
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

Does that mean, that the "Received" entries are identical?
If they are, then those emails take the same route through SMTP servers, and therefore should be equally DKIM signed.
