Summary	0004785: Bar cyrillic encoding in meetings
Description	There is a wrong encoding in meeting messages body, when create meeting from outlook 2016 or 2019 with caldav synchronizer 3.6.2
Steps To Reproduce	Create new meeting in russian localized outlook and send to partisipants with outlook. They'll get invitation with wrong charset.
Additional Information	Decoder said, that this is KOI8, but outlook wants CP1251
