Summary0004473: User availability (free / busy lookup) - via additional email addresses (aliases)
Description

Each user has additional email addresses (aliases to the main account).
Assuming that the main account is username@domainA.com, the user also has:

  • username@domainB.com
  • name.surename@domainA.com
  • name.surename@domainB.com

The search for free time for the user only works if we use the main email address (the Calendar application suggests the main email address). However, quite often our users manually enter addresses in any of the above mentioned forms.
It causes conflicts and misunderstandings.

Any ideas? Tips? Tricks? Fix? Very nicely, please help ...

First of all, thank you :). Correcting this in the web interface is also useful. However, my issue was mainly related to webdav and the Calendar application [in macOS] - I chose the category: "Apple Calendar (Mac OS X)" and I thought it was enough... ;)
