Summary0004452: Message headers don't fully fit in viewport and have no scrollbar
Description

When viewing message headers, they don't usually fit fully in the view port. That's not a big deal but the issue is that there are no scrollbars to see the rest so they end up being truncated with no way to see the rest.

Steps To Reproduce

Select any email message in the webmail
Click the three dots in the upper right corner next to the reply, forward, star etc. icons
Select view message source from the menu
Try and scroll the headers to see the rest of them

You should have scrollbars on both axis. I don't have this issue with FF 61.0.1.
