Description	With SeaMonkey 2.49.1, for the address book no additional menu entries appear. In SeaMonkey's error console (Tools -> Web Development -> Error Console), the following error is shown: Error: XML Parsing Error: undefined entity Location: chrome://sogo-connector/content/addressbook/addressbook.groupdav.overlay.xul Line Number 74, Column 9: Source File: chrome://sogo-connector/content/addressbook/addressbook.groupdav.overlay.xul Line: 74, Column: 9 Source Code: <menuitem type="radio" checked="true" label="&SearchNameOrEmail.label;" value="0"
Steps To Reproduce	Launch SeaMonkey Open AddressBook (Window -> AddressBook, or hit CTRL+5)
