Description

We have an mixed client architecture. We use Thunderbird and Outlook.

Sometimes it happens that a invitation arrives, the user accept it in Outlook and then the event is only visible in SOGo Web and CalDAV (Thunderbird). In Outlook the event is not visible.

That happens randomly.

Set SOGoEASDebugEnabled=YES to have a complete log of client server interaction.
You can then search the logfile for the UID or subject of the event to find what requests sogo has processed for that event.
