Description | When a user replies to an email in Outlook 2016, it shows the reply flag on Outlook 2016, but then when the user checks the same mail in the SOGO webmail or on the phone (also ActiveSync) the reply flag does not get synchronised back from Outlook. The user also tested reply from the phone and from SOGo Webmail. What was found is that reply flags work properly between SOGo and Phone, but they will not work with Microsoft Outlook 2016. | ||||

This is a client side sync issue unique to Outlook 2016. Microsoft's own Mail app from Windows store works fine and syncs flags correctly. Contact MS support. |
