Summary0004095: "Save" icon remains disabled after deleting an information
Description

When you edit a contact, if you just delete a detail (any detail : a phone number, an email address), the "Save" icon remains disabled (see attached screenshot).
In order to enable it, you have to "change" some information (adding and then removing a character to any field does the trick).

Steps To Reproduce

Edit a contact.
Delete a detail.
Check the Save icon, which remains disabled.
