Summary	0004088: Subfolders not displaying/EAS moved messages lost
Description	Subfolders created from IMAP/EAS email clients are not displaying in webmail. On EAS client, when moving messages from inbox to inbox's subfolder, they're lost.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a subfolder for inbox in EAS client Login to SOGo webmail; the subfolder is not shown. On EAS client, move messages from inbox to inbox's subfolder. It is lost.
Additional Information	Note: These issues are not related to dovecot as normal IMAP clients/IMAP webmail works correctly.

tfu 2017-03-18 21:46 reporter ~0011515	If you re-create the profile on the mobile does the subfolders show up? You should see a FolderSync request in sogo.log. The response to it should contain the list of folders. Show the output of: sogo-tool -v manage-eas listfolders <user> <definceid>

pavinjoseph 2017-03-18 22:42 reporter ~0011516 Last edited: 2017-03-18 22:46	Setup a new EAS profile on different client and its showing subfolders correctly (sorry for the misinformation; it could be that the prev. attempt included too many moved messages or was on a spotty connection/client). SOGo webmail is still not showing subfolders though. So this might be a Webmail -display- only problem (since log and EAS client shows subfolders correctly). Do you have any ideas on troubleshooting this? Edit: FolderSync in sogo.log shows subfolders correctly as confirmed by the above EAS client.

It seems that '6 LIST "" "*"' returns expacted results. i.e. INBOX.subfl3 After the create you should see a foldersync-response which includes the subfl3. You should configure more workers to get rid of the messages "No child available to handle incoming request!".

There are no FolderSync entries in sogo.log after creation of "Subfl3" subfolder; Subfl3 also does not show up in the new EAS client setup yesterday. Tried resetting the account/deleting profile and cache; then setup the account from scratch but to no avail. Increased workers and confirmed EAS debug is enabled: `<key>SOGoEASDebugEnabled</key> <string>YES</string>` Is there a way to force FolderSync?

In the problem description, you mentioned that a folder created on a EAS client (a device connected via ActiveSync) doesn't show up in sogo's webui. Now, you create a folder in the webui ... Is there a way to force FolderSync? Depends on the mail app. Look for something like "Show all folders".
