Summary0004039: Can't click op save after removing a category in preferences: addressbook
Description

After removing a category the save button is not available
tested with SOGO nigtly on debian 8, SOGo 3.2.7 on CentOS 7 and http://demo.sogo.nu

Steps To Reproduce

login to the webinterface
go to preferences
go to addressbook
click on the category to remove (it dissapears)
saving is not possible.

work-a-round click on add category and click on save

Additional Information

demo.sogo.nu is version 3.2.5?
