Summary0003886: "Note" Field in Contanct is not shown in Frontend
Description

The "Note" field for contacts is only available if a note was added on creation of the contact. If you add a note on contact creation everything works just fine, if you don't, there is no way you can add a note via the web Gui.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Add a new contact in the web frontend and leaf the "Note" field empty
  2. Open the contact again an try to add a "Note"
