Summary0003826: vCard property format wrong when TYPE parameter is not defined in Web address book contact
Description

When adding new contact in Web address book and TYPE parameter is not defined in contact property that allow TYPE definition (ADR, EMAIL, TEL, ...), resulting vCard property will contain extra semi-colon, for example:

TEL;:4201234567

This is causing sync issues with applications that strictly check VCARD format. Semi-colon should be either removed or TYPE parameter should be mandatory when adding new contact.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Add new contact with phone number but do not define "Type".
  2. Click on created contact and select "View Raw Source" and look for "TEL" property
