Summary0003799: log onto Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS): The server cannot be found. (same as 3076 but on 3.1.5 and Outlook 2016).
Description

Currently sogo active sync requires a work around to use the task manager to terminate outlook and then restart it, in order to get active sync working.

Same as issue 3076 with Outlook 2016:

I do that a gazillion times per week, it works.

It doesn't work because your Apache configuration is broken. You aren't proxying Active Sync requests to the EAS bundle.
