Summary0003784: Cannot Add Email to Contacts
Description

Whenever Emails are attempted to be added, there is a blank drop down menu and nothing can be saved even if it is typed in.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Attempt to edit or create a contact
  2. Attempt to edit or enter an email

Expected Result: You can select the email type and enter the email
Actual Result: You are unable to save the vcard and nothing is able to be done.

Tested on Chrome and Safari
