Summary	0003729: "Send Appointment Notifications" check box is not properly initialised when creating new event
Description	Web UI does not initialize properly "Send Appointment Notifications" check box (to be checked) during the new event creation process, when sogo.conf contains the following option: SOGoAppointmentSendEMailNotifications = YES;
Steps To Reproduce	Add the following line (if not already present) in sogo.conf: SOGoAppointmentSendEMailNotifications = YES; Create new event New event form will have "Send Appointment Notifications" box un-checked. After saving/creating new event, appointment notifications will be sent (as specified in sogo.conf) In case of editing existing events, "Send Appointment Notifications" is properly initialized.
