Summary0003615: Emails and folders changed on IMAP client does not reflect on Outlook 2016 Active Sync
Description

Testing SOGo 3.0.2

Have successfully set up SOGo 3.0.2. Created a mailbox and configured Thunderbird mail client on MacOS (IMAP), Iphone5S (ActiveSync) and Outlook 2016 (ActiveSync) on Windows 10. No problems.

Imported a few mails to Inbox of account and mail reflects over all clients/devices. No problems.

Imported emails and folders to email account on Thunderbird. Renamed folders, deleted emails. Changes to folder structure and emails are synced to Iphone.

Outlook 2016 can reflect the folder structure change, but emails are not displayed in any folders. After changes to folder structure, new emails also do not appear in Outlook 2016 and the following was noted in the logs with Outlook connecting:

These entries continue until Outlook is closed. Unsure if it's pure coincidence that the error started with the changes to folder structures.

Additional Information

Server is CentOS 7 with SOGo 3.0.2 installed via yum.

Please set SOGoEASDebugEnabled = YES in your /etc/sogo/sogo.conf file and attach to this email one .data file you'll find in the the /tmp/ directory.

Bug fixed - try the upcoming nightly build. The fix will be in 3.0.3 and 2.3.11.
