Summary0003589: Spurious Event change notifications
Description

If I invite someone to an event, and they accept the notification, I get the acceptance message. When it is processed by the Thunderbird, the invitee receives an "The appointment has changed" message.
This is confusing and annoying for the invitees, as the appointment has not changed.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. With Thunderbird SOGo connector, make an appointment and invite some participants, say on GMail.
  2. On GMail, accept the invitation.
  3. On Thunderbird, receive the acceptance message and click "Update" button that is displayed below the message.
  4. The invitee receives "The appointment <...> has changed" message, even though nothing changed.

It has changed, at least the status of said invited participant has.
That change is a valuable information for all invited peaople of that event, except the one who accepted.

Can I invite you to a test meeting so you can experience it yourself? Please let me know a test email (can create a temporary email for testing if you like).

If I say it is confusing, it is because I had complaints from several of my correspondents, not because I set out to annoy SOGo development team.
