In the 3.0.0 beta5 demo, the "New mail" screen has the following field order when navigating with tab:
To Subject CC Bcc Options Content
I think for a faster workflow the field order can better be:
To Subject Content* CC Bcc Options
Click on "New mail", use tab to navigate through the fields.
