Summary	0000340: incorrect display of minutes of events start time
Description	I created new event "Time 830" on 21-01-10, started 8:30. it is displayed fine in Week-view graphical time-sheet but when I click on it, there is bubble with bad start time: Time 830 Calendar: My Calendar Start: 08:00 it is displayed bad in Month View (start time is 08:00) You can see this event on http://sogo-demo.inverse.ca/ as user sogo1. Same behaviour on my systems... Milos
