Description

Sogo does not install on Ubuntu Karmic from the squeeze repository due to a dependency issues.

sogo depends on libsope-ldap4.9
libsope-ldap4.9 depends libssl0.9.8 (>= 0.9.8k-1) which is not available in karmic.

Hi, I tried this and but I had to downgrade a few packages to meet dependencies (I forget which ones sorry). In the end I got it installed.

But better still, I simply installed libssl0.9.8 from the ubuntu lucid (10.04) and it installed and runs fine on karmic with the inverse squeeze repository.

It may be worth noting this on the download page.
