Email addresses collected automatically after sending mail include only the address itself, without the display name. This makes it hard for people who only know a person's name and not their email.

For example, Fred Jones with email bigfunguy@gmail.com -- it would be time consuming (if not impossible for less capable users) to search for this saved address if all you know is the person's name, and the only thing that exists in the collected address book is "bigfunguy@gmail.com".

Of course searching through the email client for "Fred Jones" would more than likely find the address, but this is less than ideal.
