Summary0002809: Chinese charset messy code
Description

If charset gbk/gb18030/big5 used in email, mail header was showed correctly ,but mail content was unreadable in web mail.

After add the code in file (UI/MailPartViewers/UIxMailPartHTMLViewer.m)

The email content was showed correctly.
