Summary0002636: In week 14, wrong freebusy informations
Description

In week 14, every freebusy informations are displayed and locked 23 hours after the real event. this is really annoying with resources.

Steps To Reproduce

Create an event on week 14 and save it. Open it and watch the freebusy information. (tested on demo)

No problem on other week.

I can confirm this bug on my own server.

After some test, you can nevertheless create event. There is just a popup alert, but you can ignore it and create event. Resources and users are not locked, just visibly occupied
