Summary0002542: show all intermediate CAs and "signed by" for S/MIME signatures
Description

SOGo shows for emails if a S/MIME signature is valid or not.
You can click on the validity sign (== sealed envelop on the right).
But you only get at most 2 Certificate Authorities (CAs) from the certificate
chain displayed.
So the user has no mean to check who signed this email.
Also if there are more than one intermediate CAs the user can not see them all.
E.g. our certificates have 2 intermediateCAs.

Therefore enhance the info displayed to all intermediate CAs and a field "signed by" with the email address of the signing certificate.

I attached an example email, which is signed with a S/MIME certificate with 2 intermediate CAs.
I also attached the two intermediate CAs (unikn + dfn) and the self signed trusted one (telekom).
