Description

iPhone shared calendars unable to disable the alarm even when the calendar is not visible in the iPhone and alarm unchecked in the webinterface.

Same report as: http://www.sogo.nu/bugs/view.php?id=2077 but not able to make it work with the sugestions made in this ticket

Steps To Reproduce

Add a new calendar trhough the webinterface.
Open properties and verify the unckecked Alarm and Reminders and save settings.
Open on the iPhone the calendar app and you that you are subscripbed on the new calender. Open the Calendar en uncheck the calendar (dont want to see all calendars of all collegaes).
Still every reminder alarm of subscribed shared calendar goes off on my phone.
Is this a bug or a user issue?

I also have this problem with my users. I have checked in the web UI, thunderbird, and on the iphone to make sure "show alarms" is not checked. I have also tried to subscribe to the alarms and then unsubscribe again. I have also had the users unsubscribe from the calendar itself and subscribe again but no luck. How can I help to troubleshoot?

On iOS 6 my users have the same problem, they have alarms form events in shared calendar.

It doesn't looks like SOGo problem but an iOS one:
