Summary	0000225: Undefined label when opening an appointment
Description	When I double-click on an appointment in Lightning, I get an XML error: Undefined entity. Address: chrome://calendar/content/calendar-summary-dialog.xul Row Nr. 140, Column 19: <menuitem label="&read.only.delegate.label;" value="DELEGATED"/> I use Ligthning 0.9.7 and SOGo Connector 0.9.7 in the German translation.
Steps To Reproduce	Try to open an appointment in the Calendar view of Thunderbird. This problem does not occur for every appointment. It seems that it does not occur for recurring appointments.
