Summary0002036: Bugs in sieve-mgm communication
Description

When I turn on/off autoreply, sievescripts and forward, SOGo modifies server sieve scripts and creates/deletes link "default" to "sogo.sieve" script.
If it happens (creating or deleting link), sieve doesn't close tcp connection to imap-sieve server. Connection is hanging long time, and when next create/delete link appears, new connection is created and it's hangigng too.

Very often SOGo doesn't creating this link, although correctly changes sogo.sieve script. For example: When I turned off all sieve features, link was deleted. Then, when I enabled autoreply, script was modified, but link did'nt appear.

Issue still exist and annoy everytime. But there was nobody want to touch the trouble. So I decided to investigate it deeply myself. I have found, there are two issues, which pull together to reported issue. The first one - function updateFiltersForLogin doesn't close managesieve connection after successfully script create/delete (I reported it separately in 0002228), and second one - method putScript installs script correctly, but returns error. I'll investigate it more before report.
