Summary	0001851: a type support check should be performed before sending "VLIST" content
Description	To this day, only SOGo supports the "VLIST" format. This mean that we should use a mechanism to determine whether the server supports it and avoid sending those lists (and prevent creating them) when suchs lists are not supported by the server in use. Currently, a PUT is performed, not matter what the server in use and no matter what type of element is sent.
